| 2006. Length: 16m51s. English/French with English subtitles. Between November 28 and December 2, 2006, over 100 telecentre practitioners met in Porto Novo, Benin for the Telecentre Leaders Forum. The aim of the gathering was to develop a spirit of networking, learning and collaboration within the African telecentre movement, but also to share and address common challenges, and to gain practical skills. The forum was unique not only for the breadth of participants and the context they work within, but also the participatory methodology used to determine the agenda throughout the five days.
