Ofcourse the comment may be late but it is worthy noting. Technology centres alike visa a vis telentres add value to people lives. And worthy noting is how mobile devices have been effetively linked to technology centres in Kenya. I think we need to explore how kenya have sucesfully managed to upscale centres in your country. I note how the role of the private sector and civil socity organisations have successfully promoted the centres. One thing I have to bring to attention to many of us are challenges related to technology and management of the centres.
