It is a clear demonstration for local partnerships geared towards PPP that will see your network efforts stay firm and have more impact on the ground. As has been stated by Dean,ICT penetration still lags behind in the Southern Africa Development Community (SADC) region comparative to other regions in Africa. The current analysis demonstrates that Information and Communication Technologies has some significant disparities between levels of access in urban, peri-urban and rural areas. The tragedy is that many of the rural population have limited or no access to internet and other forms of ICT tools such as personal computers.
