Just wanted to share with our collegues around Africa on how mobile technologies can integrated effecitvely within operations of community based telecentres. The evidence that mobile phones for example is moving at a faster rate around Africa. How can mobile phones linked within service delivery and information exchange by telecentres to provide more opportunities and impact around African opportunties. I came accross innovations in Uganda, India and Cariben Islands on how mobile technologies support development for example in agricultural development.   Are there any lessons, challenges and innovations we can interface within community telecentres?
